I have a java/gwt app that i would like to host with google app engine. But when I try to upload using the eclipse plugin, I get a "runtime exception". I do have a appid. I heard that they have stopped allowing new apps to be uploaded. Is that right ? How can I request for an upload permission ? Any help appreciated.
