Hi all, I just got the latest AppEngine SDK to play with (am using Ubuntu 9.04 + Eclipse Ganymede). I began with the Hello World example, but could not get the dev server to start. The app.yaml and helloworld.py files exists as directed (well, i dumped the google_appengine folder in my Eclipse workspace, under a default source folder for a Pydev project.
The error when running "google_appengine/dev_appserver.py helloworld/" in my console says that the configuration file cannot be found in the helloworld directory - which is not true as i can see it there.
