I went here and requested that Google send me an SMS verification code (US, Verizon phone) to register:
http://appengine.google.com/permissions/smssend The web page gave me an error message, but I received the SMS anyway. Where do I now input my SMS verification code? I can't find the form. Your help docs say: "You can verify your account by signing into the Administration Console." but I cannot find this anywhere.
