The API call datastore_v3.RunQuery() required more quota than is available.
I've been getting these quota exceptions quite a bit lately and my app uses next to nothing in terms of appengine resources (nothing more than 2%). Also I've noticed in the last few weeks the server being very slow were a simple call would take >10seconds. Any help from google would be appreciated.
