Now that the quota has been reduced for free accounts, I am much more concerned over the timeouts and if the CPU time for these timeouts count towards the quota. The CPU time used when a timeout occurs is much longer than a successful request. I have yet to figure out why I get timeouts on certain requests, requests that normally work during any given day. I see jumps from 300 to 3000 when a timeout happens.
