Hi All, I am trying to read an XML file from the local file system. I have an app which runs on the GAE and all my code is in python and Jquery. Now I tried 2 ways of reading this file.
1. I tried to parse the xml file within my server code but it gave me an EACESS error stating it cannot access the file. 2. I tried to read the file from the UI using javascripts but it still gave me a "security error" . So now how do I read a file from within my web application??
