Another thing to consider is GoogleFileService. It is an app that
breaks a file up into 1 MB chunks.

Since the last comment in the above thread is from someone at Google,
I assume this method does not violate any terms of service.

I tried GoogleFileService 4-5 months ago and it worked fine. With
newer GAE code, I think there is a small problem with a transaction
trying to save two objects from two different entity groups. Still,
the basic method seems sound.
