Some basic queue management would be useful from within the API (not just the admin console)
It would be useful to be able to check a specific queue for tasks. On the most basic level a check to see if there is anything in the queue, and how many tasks are there. It would also be nice to be able to remove tasks, purge a queue, or search for task(s) by name.
