I don't have Internet access from my developing computer, so I have to install the Eclipse plugin from files.
The archive provided at http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/3.5/zips/gpe-e35-latest.zip didn't work. It seem that the jars for the "features" are not included. As a result I cannot open a new Google Web Project in Eclipse.
