I've been trying to clean up some indexes since yesterday and it seems to be stuck. I first created it yesterday. It got stuck in the "building" state. Then, I vacuumed them, It got stuck in the "Error" state for the whole night. Then, I deleted them this morning, and it seems to be stuck in the "Deleting" state for the past 30 minutes.
