I also experienced the same problem - leading up to 05-10 06:00AM the
majority (if not all) requests were dropped. I had dozens of emails
from end-users that had experienced this problem.

During this period I could also not update the application.

I hope that there is an official update on this issue, and a
correction to the mis-diagnosis.
