This problem happens since at least Friday 9/17 6pm. A group of data store
entries become completely not update-able. This is causing serious ongoing
transaction failures in our app (id: snsanalytics).

Most objects of the same type ("posting_postingrule") and under the same
parent are not update-able, even through admin console.
In addition, we see tons of unnecessary transaction abortions. Many small
transactions failed when they are the only transaction running inside the
same parent entity.
