Hi, I've tried to set up billing for my account three times now. Each time, it changes the Billing Status to "Activating" and then after half an hour, it changes back to Free.
I have tried two different credit cards, and both exhibited the same behavior. I would greatly appreciate any help with this from the Appengine Team. My app ID is voteonwikileaks.
