Hey their,

Recently I lost my credit card and it's been blocked by the bank. One
week ago I received an email from appengine that I had to update my
credit card.
Now I received a new card and I wanted to update appengine's billing.
But when I came to billing settings I haven't seen any links to change
it.
I have the only label there:
"A charge has been issued to the billing administrator.
Billing Administrator: x...@gmail.com — you"

So no any links presented there. How do I pay that? It seems like a
bug.
