+1 on this (low priority though) We have a pilot project that gets charged 7c a week... It drives the accountant crazy. I find it amusing that Google (as in Google App Engine) charges our credit card 7c every Monday but Google (as in Google ads) will not send us a check until the amount reaches $10.00 because of overhead reasons...
I suggest GAE charges as often as once a day when the balance exceeds $100.00 but once a month if the amount is below that, or something along these lines so we only get many accounting entries if the amount justifies the overhead.
