Thanks for responding.  I had already tried logging in through the original
account.  Didn't work, as they all seem to map back to the 'new' account.
Already filled out the SMS issues form, although this isn't really an SMS
issue.  I posted to the forum because I found that someone had had the exact
same problem before me, and Google contacted them directly (not via the SMS
form)
