Hi, I turned off my GAE test app in the fear of being charged by surprise. Thus I got this idea The levels of threshold an app owner can set to are 1. free 2. $5/month 3. $10/month 4. ... etc
on the threshold limit reached, the app consumer will need to come back next month. This will address the area of GAE app that are not business critical. But as always, it is easier say than done.
