We're getting OverQuota errors when leasing tasks, such as this one<http://dpaste.org/TWe0N/>, because of which we can't start our back-ends.
Our quota usage & specifically the task queue quota, are all standing around 0%-3%. We haven't changed any queues configuration or related code recently. Our production is currently stopped because of this. Is it some failure on AppEngine side?
