Since the 1.5.5 upgrade, I noticed my dev_appserver.py is acting weird.

$ dev_appserver.py --use_sqlite --datastore_path=dev_appserver_4.sql3 src

Shouldn't it connect to the ./dev_appserver_4.sql3 database? Am I
making some basic mistake? Something *really* dumb?
