Can we set minimum number of idle instances to zero? At the moment the slider seems to reduce to 1, then snap to "automatic" which I understand has some algorithm behind it that makes that setting different from "zero".
If automatic is equivalent to 0, can you explain its behaviour more, as it represents my "minimum cost" setting.
