I have a number of apps for which I've configured a Discounted Instance Hours pool.
On the Nov 7 bill, which is the first of the new pricing model, all of them used this pool, so my Front-end Instance Hours was 28 (the free amount) and all the rest came from the Discounted Instance Hours pool. This makes sense. However, one of my apps (microsite-prod) did not draw against this pool. All of the hours (there were >28 of them) were attributed against the Front-end Instance Hours, and there were 0 Discounted Instance Hours. Bug, or some other reason?
