I have tried the migration tool on quite a few small apps. The tool ran pretty handy and fast. Each migration took a few minutes to finish. Only for one app, the migration process was stuck. After I reverted and restarted, the migration was completed in a few minutes as well. (Note: the app that had a hiccup is the oldest app - over 2 yrs old.) Overall, so far so good.
Now, I'm ready to migrate our primary app (ID: snsanalytics), which has around 240GB data and 42 million datastore entities. The process seems taking forever. The migration was stuck at the first step 'Catch Up' after one hour. I reverted and tried again, it doesn't seem to help. There is absolutely no clue on how long each migration step will take.
