I decided on a pricing at about $100 a year ($7.95 per month) if you are a student you get $2.95 a month. If you have a team of people there is an organizational account. There is a Marketing Tier that no one should ever subscribe to, but my legal assures me that I can curb spam by making you agree to terms that say if you spam the list you have to pay $3000 per week. If anyone takes us up on that offer, most that money will go in to the event fund. The +Support option is meant for people who want architecture support by email on a limited basis. Basically if you are feeling lazy and don't want to read the manual, or you want someone else to research which will perform better, or you need help tuning your instance sliders, this is the tier you would choose. The emails will start flowing midday tomorrow, but everything is in place minus a TOS, which will say don't spam, don't be too mean, don't re-publish the content. There will be archives available to list members so if you join late, or lose your copy of the emails you can search through them. If you have an @microsoft @google @amazon or @rackspace you get in free. Just drop me a message off list. So far I have commitments from Google, Microsoft, and Amazon, that they have interest in joining. Rackspace is the only top provider not on the list so far. If anyone has any other cloud host at a top tier they think I should invite let me know. Thanks again guys for supporting this project.
