Hi Diego, There are some quirks to using the datastore admin. You need to be sure you're signed in with an account that is an app admin. If you're using Google Accounts, Google Apps for your Domain accounts, and / or federated login this can be a real mess to get right.
You might try using a different browser with cleared cookies, then do some experiments to figure out which account works. Especially if you don't have a ton (millions and millions of entities) of data, you could also just put together a simple script to do the delete. If you've only got a few tens of thousands of entities, just doing a keys only query for that kind and feeding the resulting list of keys into db.delete will probably run in a few minutes.
