Just Rebooted for windows updates and all changes were gone. Not the First time this happens. It's very annoying and I cant' seem to find a solution.
I read I was supposed to get "Applying all pending transactions and saving the datastore" in logs on shutdown. When I stop the server using the app engine launcher I only get "(Process exited with code -1)".
