Is there any way to enable the quota limits on a development instance of GAE to test the limitations prior to uploading my code? It would be beneficial to get an idea of the loads I will generate without having to upload my code and hit the limit in production...
My first pass of developing an app on GAE was a small experiment and I still hit the datastore limits quickly without billing enabled.
