[google-appengine] Struts app works on http://localhost:8888/ but gives error when deployed to app engine

Struts app works on http://localhost:8888/ but gives error when deployed to 
app engine
Here is the error
org.apache.tiles.impl.BasicTilesContainer render: Unable to find the 
definition 'null'
