Hi All, This is likely due to the 1GB of code and static files quota for all versions <https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/quotas#Code> -- try deleting an older version of your app if you are hitting this limit consistently to free up some space. In a future release, we plan to allow applications to pay for additional code and static files storage beyond the current 1GB limit. If you're still having a problem, please contact me directly with your app-id.
