Hi I am facing the same issue with my email ID sellmob...@gmail.com after Google has verified that payment details are valid(while registering for android developer account) they sent me an email confirming that all is ok with my credit card details. I tried accessing checkout and it worked fine. But when I went to access my developer console ( *https://play.google.com/apps/publish/Home*<https://play.google.com/apps/publish/Home>) it started giving me this infinite loop and redirect messages!!
