Hi, We develop a mapping app for humanitarian relief running on AppEngine (about.activityinfo.org) in the EU region.
Unfortunately, it looks like humanitarian organizations operating in Sudan are not able to access the application due to legal restrictions, which I'm assuming refers to the sanctions currently in place against Sudan. 403.
