Try adding a leading forward slash to the JSP file name. So you have this 
now: *<jsp-file>MasterPage.jsp</jsp-file>*  but change it to this: *
<jsp-file>/MasterPage.jsp</jsp-file>*  (assuming that MasterPage.jsp is in 
your root directory, change as needed if it's not).
