I caught some of the Cloud Backends session and was interested in their discussion of app (vs. user) authentication. I realize Cloud Backends are new, but is this method of app authentication new?
I'd like to use it in my (non CB) Android+GAE apps. Is there documentation or sample code available - other than in CB itself - for this? Does it support multiple Android apps authenticating against a single backend? I've been looking at endpoints but was under the impression that endpoints only automates User authentication. If there is no separate docs available then that is fine - I'll just go and download the backends libraries - but thought I would ask about it first. Thanks.
