I have again verified that the problem that occurred yesterday with blob
uploads is not happening.

The problem yesterday was a 503 error when sending a POST request to
/_ah/upload/. You may want to run an HTTP trace to verify that you are
seeing the same thing.

The status site does not monitor blob uploads.
