I've been trying to add a custom domain to my app for the last couple of hours; the domain is an alias of my main Google Apps for Business account. It fails with an "invalid request" error if I sign in with my personal Gmail account, or infinitely redirects to the account selection page if I use my Apps for Business account.
I managed to add the custom domain from the Apps for Business interface, but this isn't documented in the Google Appengine Docs.
