I'm sorry, this is an unnecessary question, but I can't sleep on :) The deployment quotas docs say: "The number of times the application has been uploaded by *a developer*. The current quota is 10,000 per day." Now, a day is 86,400 seconds. An optimistic average times for a deploy is 15 seconds. ok, 10s. 10*10,000 > 86,400. It is a elegant joke or what?
