Yes, that is what I am experiencing as well. Also, most URLS work. But to this one domain, it does not. Seems to be something Google has changed a week ago. Something related to DNS, firewall, IP blocking, etc.? Would be nice if a Googler could tell us what has changed in urlfetch handling a week ago.
