I happened to delete the billing administrator using my google account. So the remaining billing administrator is using the email of the app engine service account which is the *project ID@* *appspot.gserviceaccount.com.*In this case I cannot manage my billing status when I log in using my google account, it says:

So is there a solution to log in with the service account or add my google account back as a billing administrator? It bothers me a lot.
