Now that we have started to let people in, we need to confirm their e-mails and since we have 4000+ users, it's become a problem for us since we can confirm at most 100 people a day. As I have understood it, as soon as the first bill is cleared (5 days?) the quota might be raised, but that really doesn't help us NOW. If there was any sort of warning for this when registering the app (there might have been one but I missed it?) we would have solved this way earlier, but alas...
