By "removed" do you mean that the projects are missing from the Explorer
pane (the list on the left side)?

Try using your computer's search function to find the location of a folder
named "workspace". This is where Eclipse stores all of your projects;
usually it's located in the user's main folder (for example, C:\Users\
*[username]*\workspace for Windows). Then look at each sub-folder and see
if your missing code is there.
