When you say "front end instance group", do you mean all of the frontend
instances within a module/app or a subset of instances running within an
app? Also, are the other restarting instances close to the memory limit as
well, or do they have a large buffer between the max RAM of their instance
type and the memory they're consuming? Finally, when the instances are
restarted do they appear to have a significantly different performance
profile than prior to the restart (for instance, is there a longer latency
period, longer time to execute RPCs, etc)?
