All the examples of Cloud Endpoints I've seen so far use AsyncTask in android to call the server. However given that AsyncTask is not tied to the Activity lifecycle, and is becoming somewhat of a deprecated solution, what is the best practice to use the Cloud Endpoints client library in Android.
