Hi folks. While working on https://github.com/rbanffy/appengine.py (in an attempt to simplify https://github.com/rbanffy/testable_appengine, I'm experiencing some odd breakage because https://appengine.google.com/api/updatecheck is returning 'release: "1.9.12"' rather than the current, 1.9.13.
Are supposed to still use this endpoint to get the latest version number? Is there a more current way to do it? Is it supposed to return the second latest release?
