I'm trying to set up a static IP (or VIP as they appear to be called) for my app engine app. The process appears to be documented here: https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/using-custom-domains-and-ssl?hl=en#purchase_a_vip , although it seems to require me to be on a custom domain - can't do it on my gmail account for some reason...
How can I set up a static IP for my app engine app without creating a custom domain?
