Hello, I'm trying to access my AppEngine billing account at console.cloud.google.com/settings?project=[my-project-id].
When I click the "Billing account link", I get the following message: To request access to billing account ‘[My-project] Billing Account’ please contact one of the billing account’s administrators: - But, the account administrator listed after this message is me! The exact same email address I'm logged in with, which is the application owner! Similarly, I'm unable to change the daily budget under application settings; the edit field is greyed out. Fortunately this is still working on the old dashboard (appengine.google.com), otherwise I'd be totally screwed. Is this a bug?
