Hey Andrew, After attempting a cursory examination, we've determine we'll need more info to ensure we're looking at the right parts of the system. Can you attempt to clone the repository (gcloud beta source repos clone <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/gcloud/reference/beta/source/repos/clone>) with `--verbosity debug` flag and reply with the output?
