If you check the documentation <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/docs/python/requests>, it mentions that X-AppEngine-Country uses the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2>country code, and X-AppEngine-Region uses the ISO-3166-2 <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-2> code. There is no standard canonical list of cities for X-AppEngine-City, but the closest thing may be the United Nations UN/LOCODE Code List <http://www.unece.org/cefact/locode/service/location.html>.
