If this had happened, there isn't a way to redeploy this version or download it from another project unfortunately. You would need to recreate the project. Although 'ah-builtin-python-bundle' isn't visible in the console under 'Versions', it's still possible to delete using appcfg.py, so caution should be exercised to avoid this in the future.
