I recommend you follow the complete guides to hosting your WordPress site
on the Google Cloud Platform. There is the guide for hosting it on App
Engine Flexible
<https://cloud.google.com/php/tutorials/wordpress-app-engine-flexible>, or
on Compute Engine
<https://pantheon.corp.google.com/launcher/details/bitnami-launchpad/wordpress?project=javatester-1002&organizationId=433637338589>
.

Compute Engine <https://cloud.google.com/compute/> is recommended as it has
an easy-to-use 'Click to Deploy' option to help you quickly deploy and
setup your Wordpress site to a single VM instance in the cloud.

App Engine <https://cloud.google.com/appengine/> on the other hand is meant
for deploying dynamic applications that scale, so it is more of a manual
process to deploying a static Wordpress site on App Engine.
