1. I am not behind a proxy or firewall. 2. The version of SDK I use is 1.9.56. Same error was on 1.9.52. 3. No, this is not the first time I am deploying. Last time it was 3 years ago. I deployed an app without a launcher. It is still working. Deployment doesn't work either with launcher or without it.
