Currently the date and time here in Tanzania is 13th November 217 10:18am. Validity for the ceritficate issed by appengine for domain advertise.tsn.go.tz, project id = gazetting-tsn, starts on the 14th of November. This means users' browsers will be rejecting the certificate for the whole working day today.
